Primo Driving School takes pride in its mission, which is to save lives by helping new drivers become teen safe drivers. We strive to meet the scheduling needs of our clients, as well as their instructional needs. Each student is assessed and evaluated throughout the 6 hour behind the wheel driver training course.

Driver Training Programs
Primo Driving School is extremely proud of its Driver Training Programs. We have programs designed for 16 year old students to obtain the NJ learners permit as well as adults needing a full training package or individual lessons. Our programs focus on both cognitive and skills based learning while providing the state-required minimum 6 hour behind the wheel training for new drivers.
Road Test Programs
When it’s time to take the NJ Road Test, Primo Driving School is ready to help. Primo Driving has several packages available to accompany the student to the road test, wait for the license to be printed, return the student to home or school. Primo can also provide a review lesson, a quick “refresher course’ to ensure the student has the skills required to be a safe driver and pass the NJ Road Test.
Point Removal & Insurance Savings
Primo Driving School is proud to be able to provide you with an Online Defensive Driving Course. This course is available online, and will provide you the ability to receive insurance discounts and remove up to 2 points from your NJ driver’s license. You can take this course every 3 years for insurance discounts and every 5 years for point removal.
NJ Permit Test | Vision Test
Skip the trip to the Motor Vehicles office when you work with Primo. We offer both the written knowledge test (NJ Permit Test) and the vision test in our office! This allows you to spend more time driving and less time waiting on long lines to take the NJ permit test and vision tests prior to obtaining your NJ learners permit.
Additional Training
While 6 hours of behind the wheel training is the NJ state minimum required for new drivers, it is simply not enough for everyone. Primo Driving School understands that every student learns differently, and provides additional training lessons either by the hour or discounted by purchasing a multi-hour package.
